A: We pay monthly in arrears and pay via direct deposit.

A: The tenants pay via an online portal, or mail.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: Typically it is one year but other scenarios are possible.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Traditionally the security deposit equals one months rent.

A: We can start immediately after signing the required paperwork.

A: We manage single family, condos/townhome, and multi-family units.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: We provide monthly statements and home owners can access other reports via their online portal.
Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: The security deposits are held in a specific escrow account.
A: We provide move-in and move out inspection with every lease.
